We’re not your run-of-the-mill networking group. Annapolis is a small town. We’re all neighbors. A close-knit community. We want to build relationships that last, not just for networking success. LinkAnnapolis means no memberships, no fees, just a chance to share handshakes, opportunities, and ideas with your hometown neighbors.
LinkAnnapolis is all about connecting genuine, hard-working people who want to help each other build their businesses by gathering face-to-face on a monthly basis to exchange opportunities and ideas. Our hope is that our attendees find new connections and build lasting relationships that impact their businesses for years to come.
LinkAnnapolis was launched in April 2010 and is one of the longest running networking events in the Greater Annapolis Area. We partner with local venues for happy hours, cruises, and other events on the third Tuesday of every month. We offer monthly sponsorship opportunities for businesses that want to promote their brand to our list of current and former attendees and draw an average of 80 people per event.

When are events?
Events are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Who should go?
If you own a business, run a business, or are in sales for a business in the greater Annapolis area, LinkAnnapolis is for you.
Is there a fee for LinkAnnapolis? Do I need to join?
Neither. No fee, no membership, no obligation. However, we do request that you register for each event so we can get a head count for space and appetizers.
What should I expect?
LinkAnnapolis is a come as you are, arrive when you want, leave when you want event. We always have a monthly prize drawing from our “business card in a bowl” at 6:00PM, so you’ll want to be around for that (you must be present to win). Past prizes have included a dinners for two, $50 Amazon gift cards, and tickets to the movies. Other than that, you’re on your own to meet your neighbors, make new contacts, and maximize business your opportunities.
When you walk in the door, we ask that you visit our registration table to simply check in, drop a card in the bowl for the drawing, and get a nametag. After that, you are free to socialize and form new friendships and business contacts!
Buy your own drinks, but appetizers are graciously provided by either our monthly sponsor or the venue host!
What should I bring?
Bring a few buckaroos for a drink or three, some business cards, and a genuine smile.
Can I bring flyers and promotional brochures?
You may bring whatever you’d like to personally hand to others, however, we do not accommodate for a table of materials at these events. People are more inclined to shake your hand and receive a business card than to gather a bag full of handouts. Think networking, not trade show!
Can I bring a friend?
If your friend owns, runs, or work in sales for a business, absolutely. Please make sure that they register in advance too.
Note: please limit attendance to 2 representatives per company.
What if I don’t know anyone?
Great! You might do better in making new friends and contacts than those who only huddle with the people they already know.
Can I eat dinner there?
Absolutely! If you meet someone and decide to talk further over dinner or want to call your main squeeze or family to meet you for dinner afterwards, go for it! We definitely want to show our support to the restaurants who have graciously provided our venues. If you stay or come back for dinner later, please make sure to tell them that you are there because of LinkAnnapolis!
